Women are competing men. All work places are being filled out by ladies. Women are considered equal to man in respect of abilities, capacity, and hard work. Even though women are successful in getting top places in business organizations, but this is exception, not an example for every woman. Hence it is noticed that women earn lesser than that of men. Is it strange? The reason is not being with women rather the reason lies with the attitude of women. There are certain differences in the style of work between men and women.
All of the women are aggressive and emotional. A very of them use brains to go up with tricks along with their hard work. It’s a long competition between males and female to strive for top place. As man is the dominating authority will never want to see the women on top and try to pull her legs in un-professional tasks, for which woman retaliates aggressively. Therefore, it is claimed that females are conservative and they do not understand the requirements of work place exactly. She could be stopped to get higher places or earning higher monetary benefits.
There is another obvious fact that females have no patience to face the difficulties or retaliation in the crowd. If she is asked about her incomplete tasks she would put irrelevant reasons or sometimes start crying. Males considered this attitude as emotional and unprofessional. In addition to this women are not being supported by men in meeting hall and their ideas are considered as no worth. So woman feel insulted and seems blushed for which males make fun of her.
Having good communications skills are an effective tool to rule over people. In this case females are also depressed. Is she is a good speaker but her audience is a majority of males who do not hear her. At the end of the task, a wrong impression is taken that she does not have good communications skills Messy crowd make the situation opposite. It is needed to be controlled by eye-contact and loud voice.
Women provide a friendly environment for work. Men pay less attention on work and more on women. They steer over women actions and movements. However, women do not behave in the same way they try to keep environment friendly and not to give anybody a chance to complain. Women never say no to extra work and offer their services to support others. This attitude make them secretary but never able them to get higher salaries than that of men.
Man remains casual to every woman but the woman having less brains does not understand the casual attitude of man. It is a loss for woman which she understands after everything is happened. Woman is a taboo for opposite sex who uses the innocent emotions of woman and traps her in his tricks. Woman can be moulded easily and man gets the sympathies of woman at work place. On the other hand man never be sincere with her and become a reason of her fall at work place. This is all because of women’s ignorance towards professionalism.
